"…For lunch, we repaired to the Hillview
Grill, a short drive in the direction of Siesta Key. The
restaurant features many tropically flavored fish dishes. We
discovered here the delicate taste of one such specialty, cobia
served with a fresh salsa made from pineapple, tomato, onion,
bell pepper, and coriander. A Caribbean influence was also
evident in the "island sauce" for grouper, which
combines peaches, melon, banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, and
rum."
