 Our early menu reflected a mix of Creole-Cajun
cuisine. We have expanded this concept to include spices, sauces
and cultural cuisines from around the World. We offer a variety
of entrees to suit just about everyone.
Our Chef takes care in selecting the finest
quality meats, the freshest fish and seafood, and robust
produce...creatively preparing these for you, our customer. We
have built on our reputation of consistent quality food and
professional, friendly wait staff from the beginning.
In 1994 a nearby fire destroyed several
businesses on Hillview Street, including Hillview Grill. After a
long renovation process we created the Hillview Grill to
accommodate more guests and we now offer a full bar, patio
seating and a semi-private dining room. Everything else has
remained the same.
